STL file for a Thermal Detonator. This model was made with the intention of installing electronic components.
Holes for lights are 5.2 mm diameter to fit 5mm LEDs. The hole through the washer and thumb switch is sized for a 3/32 bit and is 10mm long taken together. Consider this a pre-printed pilot hole. The washer has a shallow recess to mate with the thumb switch, the reverse side is flat to make bolting the two together easier.
